How to Take Photos of Your Car When Sending a Car Assessing Enquiry

When sending a car assessing enquiry to us, please follow the instructions below to take photos of your car so that we can properly complete the assessment.

 

Photo 1: Take a photo of the VIN number, usually found in the driver’s door jamb.

Photo 2: Take a photo of odometer showing the vehicles mileage

Photo 3: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the front left corner of the car.

Photo 4: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the front of the car

Photo 5: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the front right corner of the car.

Photo 6: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the right side of the car.

Photo 7: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the rear right corner of the car.

Photo 8: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the rear of the car.

Photo 9: Take a close up photo of the license plate.

Photo 10: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the left rear corner of the car.

Photo 11: Stand 3 meters back and take a photo of the left side of the car.

Photo 12: Take a few close up photos of the damage on the car.

Photo 13: Take a zoomed out photo of the damaged area.
